How to Login to ViLLE Mobile

If you login to ViLLE with HAKA, you need to set a local password (see below). If you already have a local password, you can login with your email and that password.

To set a local ViLLE password (not HAKA-password) in ViLLE, you need to take the following steps.

  1. Login with your HAKA password
  2. Go to your Settings page Settings
  3. Click the "Request local password? button. You should see the message ?Local password request has been sent to your email? Request password
  4. Logout from ViLLE
  5. Check you email inbox, ViLLE has sent you an email with a new password. Use that password to login to ViLLE (don't login with HAKA). Login
  6. Again go to your Settings page
  7. Change your local password to something that's easier for you to remember and click Save. Change password

You can now login to ViLLE Mobile with the new password you set.
